Pretty, but it’s snow fun

Snow falls on King's Lynn - by the Red Mount.

Snow falls on King's Lynn - by the Red Mount.

It was pretty as a picture in The Walks yesterday, captured by Lynn News photographer Alan Miller, by the Red Mount, but for many it was a chaotic journey home with some minor roads closed by police who issued warnings to all motorists last night.

After yesterday afternoon’s heavy snowfall gritters have been out in force and with a brief break today, the snow will be back tomorrow.

Weather reports suggest that temperatures will remain around the 0-2 degrees mark and tonight might see fog and mist moving until the early hours of tomorrow morning.

More snow showers are expected late tomorrow morning and throughout the rest of the week, with hard overnight frosts. Keep up to date on our website, www lynnnews.co.uk. See page 3 for another weather picture. MLNF13AM01104
