Rainbow's shining report at Marham
NURSERY education standards at RAF Marham's day care and out-of-school care centre have been graded as outstanding by Government inspectors, who could suggest no areas for improvement.
Other care at The Rainbow Centre, which caters for children aged three months to 12 years, was rated as good in the latest Ofsted report.
The report said: "Children's welfare is exceptionally well promoted because staff have appropriate skills, experience and qualifications."
The centre was praised for how happy and well settled children are.
Inspectors said standards of nursery education could not be improved upon, and raised only two areas for improvement in care overall – to ensure all equipment is clean enough to match generally high standards of hygiene and further develop resources for children under two at certain times in the day to ensure consistently high practice already in place is continually maintained.
Centre manager Mrs Dee Gent said the centre would not "rest on its laurels" but would continue to develop and provide the best standards in care and education.
