Tai chi for free in West Norfolk

FREE courses in tai chi are being offered, with a particular thrust toward anyone new to exercise.

Norfolk County Council Adult Education is offering free places to anyone who hasn't completed one of its courses this year.

The hour-long, four-week courses are being held on Tuesdays at St Augustine's Healthy Living Centre, North Lynn, starting at 9.15am and Gaywood Church Rooms at 11am, from Tuesday; North Wootton Village Hall, 1pm, from February 26. They take place on Thursdays at St George's Junior School in Dersingham, 6pm, from February 28.
