Theft from South Wootton store

THIEVES used a crowbar to force entry to the service station at South Wootton's Rainbow supermarket.

A large quantity of cigarettes was stolen in the raid, which took place at around 11.15pm on Thursday (27).

The burglars prised open a fire door at the Langley Road garage with a crowbar before forcing open the shutters on the cigarette kiosk.

Witnesses are asked to call DC Michael Davies at Lynn police station on 0845 456 4567 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
