Thieves strike in Castle Rising

THIEVES targeted a car in Castle Rising, smashing the passenger window before making off with a ladies handbag.

The car, a red Austin Montego, was parked in the Castle car park when the criminals struck at around 1.15pm on Friday.

Police are appealing for help in tracing two men and a women, all in their 20s, seen in a maroon Ford Escort parked next to the victim's car.

The driver was wearing a green baseball cap and a white hoody top.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Dan Curtis at Lynn Police Station on 0845 456 4567
