Thieves strike in Lynn

THIEVES targeting a Lynn home escaped with a laptop computer, jewellery, and DVD players on Thursday.

The burglary took place at a house in George Street some time between 8.30pm and 11pm when the victim returned home from visiting a friend's house to find their back door forced open.

Stolen items included a Sony DVD player, an Acer laptop, a 14-inch Ventura television, a Tecnika DVD player and two rings.

Anyone with information relating to the crime is asked to contact DC Michael Davies at Lynn police station on 0845 456 4567.
