Three engines sent to Lynn fire

THREE Lynn fire appliances went to Albert Street in the town Thursday morning after a report of a building fire.

The call came in at 11.24am and turned out to be a washing machine on fire at number eight.

Firefighters in breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to put out the flames within minutes, and thermal imaging cameras to check for hot spots.
