Training commitment award
LAWTRONIC'S commitment to training has earned the Lynn firm the East of England Small Business Employer of the Year Award.
The company, which makes electrical control panels, received the honour as part of the Regional Apprenticeship Awards.
Founded in 1986, and based in Hamlin Way, it has continually invested in training through apprenticeship schemes and has built up a strong relationship with the College of West Anglia.
Manager, Mark Gaskins, said: “Our success is built on the commitment we show employees. We offer them every opportunity to better themselves, through apprentice schemes and then with any additional qualifications relevant to their job.
“As a direct result, over the years we have built a highly-motivated, highly-skilled workforce.”
Lawtronic also recently finished in the final six for the title of East Anglia Business of the Year and is a past winner of the West Norfolk’s Award for Business Achievement.
