Two hurt in Walton crash

A WOMAN and child were taken to hospital after a grey Citroen Picasso and red Vauxhall Astra crashed on the A47 at Walton Highway.

Emergency services were called to the scene at 6.39pm on Tuesday.

Police said the victims' injuries were not life threatening.
