Two vehicles collide in fog

POLICE are appealing for a key witness to come forward after two vehicles collided in foggy conditions.

The incident happened on the A1122 at Beachamwell on Wednesday (13) morning.

The collision, between a white box van and another vehicle, happened shortly before 9.50am and fortunately there were no serious injuries.

Police are keen to hear from the driver of a silver Vauxhall vehicle, possibly a people carrier, which was travelling in the opposite direction, towards Swaffham, at the time of the incident and was forced to stop briefly to allow the van to continue on its journey.

The witness, or anyone else with information, should contact PC Mark Howes at the Swaffham road policing unit on 0845 456 4567.
