Weight a week, then get started

NICELY timed to support all those new year resolutions, Fakenham Sports and Fitness Centre will be running a class-based weight management course from next Monday.

Over an eight-week period, the course will examine how different types of food have positive and negative effects on individuals, how processed foods can lead to weight gain and provide a variety of tips on diet, including ways of maintaining a regular food diary.

Acting fitness manager John Wortley will be running the course, which costs 40 for non-members and 28 for members. Contact him on 01328 850010 for more details.

The course is open to all and begins on Monday, January 28, at 7pm.
