Home-Start volunteers recieve certificates for their work.

Volunteers who will be working with the families of young children in West Norfolk have been pictured as they received certificates to mark the successful conclusion of their training.

The latest batch of Home-Start volunteers met helpers who were received their accreditation at the Riverside Business Centre in Lynn following a 1o-week training course.

The charity offers practical help and support to families with young children in their own homes.

Certificates were presented by Gill Douglas, vice-chairman of the charity’s trustees.

The charity is appealing for help with fundraising. Anyone who would like to make a donation or help should phone 01553 762706 or email office@home-startklwn.co.uk
