GREASE up those frying pans . . . today is Pancake Day!

Already, hundreds of youngsters across West Norfolk have been joining in the fun, including Mykey Kitching (pictured) who has also been enjoying his 6th birthday.

Mykey was taking part in the Taste a Pancake Day at Terrington St Clement Community School though got a little carried away at the event, which was organised by Anglia Regional Co-op.
