Woman hurt in South Wootton crash

A WOMAN was cut from her car and rushed to hospital after it overturned in Grimston Road, South Wootton, yesterday.

Firefighters worked to free the woman, thought to be aged 27, and she was taken to Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.

Motorists faced diversions after the crash, which happened at around 3.20pm.

Another vehicle is thought to have been involved, but it was not thought anyone else went to hospital.
