Woman's body found in Lynn

POLICE are making inquiries to establish the identity of a woman whose body was found at South Clough Lane, Lynn, yesterday afternoon.

The body was seen in the road outside St James multi-storey car park and reported to emergency services at 1.35pm.

Officers found the woman had suffered multiple injuries.

The area was cordoned off for two hours for an examination of the scene to take place.
