WOOTTONS: Three charged over raids

Three men have been charged with a string of burglaries after they were arrested near Lynn this week.

The men were detained in the Woottons in the early hours of Wednesday following raids in other parts of the county. A police helicopter was deployed in the area.

John Smith, 21, of Peterborough, Blossom Smith, 22, of Gosberton, near Boston, and Nelson Loveridge, 27, of Friday Bridge, near Wisbech, face four, three and two charges of burglary respectively, plus a single charge of theft.

They were due in court in Lynn yesterday.
