Your Big Event - Jennie Farrow 50th Birthday
Lynn woman Jennie Farrow had a shock for her 50th birthday - a party thrown in her honour!
Mrs Farrow, who reached the milestone on Saturday, January 17, had thought she was being taken out for a meal by husband Richard (49) but arrived at Reffley Community Hall where 140 people were waiting instead.
"She was very surprised," said Mrs Farrow's mum Mrs Alice Cole, explaining the evening included a buffet and disco.
The secret had even been kept from Mr and Mrs Farrow's sons, Liam (12) and eight-year-old Lewis.
Mrs Farrow, of Pandora Meadows, who works at the Rainbow store in South Wootton, had a chance to meet old school friends and former work colleagues from the Littlewoods store in Lynn High Street.
