Staff at The CITB National Contruction College at Bircham Newton pulled together to build pupils at Sedgeford Pre-School a new path to their school canteen.
The path was a donation to the school from the senior management team from Business Services at the college, and the project saw all of the managers getting involved.
A spokesman for the pre-school management committee said: “I would like to say a big thank-you to the team for the path they have built for us over the last two days.
“This is going to make a real difference to the children in the fact that it gives easier access to the canteen and playing field and also, more importantly makes exit in case of emergency much safer as in the past there was quite a steep bank that our two and three-year-old toddlers and any disabled children found almost impossible to climb.
“They have all done a fantastic job of the path and we, the committee, are really pleased with the results. This was a job that we really wanted doing but never had the funds.”
