Dozens of West Norfolk residents look set to attend Monday’s crucial county council meeting on the incinerator after a campaign coach was booked by union leaders.
The coach has been organised by the Lynn and District Trades Council and paid for by members of the UNISON branch at Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
And officials believe a big turnout is vital to remind councillors of the strength of public feeling against the proposed plant.
The coach is scheduled to leave the Lynn bus station at 8am on Monday before picking up more passengers at Fairgreen Farms, Fairgreen, Middleton between 8.20 and 8.30am.
The bus will then leave Fairgreen promptly at 8.30am to travel to County Hall for the meeting, which is scheduled to get under way at 10am.
Anyone who wishes to travel on the coach should contact Dave Dennis on 01553 810790 or send an email to kingslynnanddistrict tradescouncil.co.uk for more information.
