A West Norfolk councillor led dozens of dog owners in helping to keep their pets safe by getting them microchipped at a free event in Lynn.

Lesley Bambridge, pictured above left, took her Lakeland terrier, Archie, to the event at Whitefriars School on Saturday.

The session was organised by the Dogs Trust as part of their campaign to help owners get their pets microchipped before it becomes a legal requirement in April 2016.
