Lynn Mart has helped bump up the coffers of West Norfolk charity Red Wellies, the Lisa Wiles Brain Tumour Support Fund, with a £200 donation – and a large teddy bear – presented by the Showman’s Guild.

Charity treasurer Mervyn Wiles is pictured receiving the cheque from John Thurston, left, and Perry Day, saying he was very grateful for the donation.

The charity has also received £79 from the sale of Jane Bowman’s bracelets in Sainsbury’s Hardwick store.

The charity was also boosted by £200.50 from police officers PCSO Debbie Pearson, Insp Howard Olby and the husband and wife duo PCs Ady and Karen Girton after completing the Sandringham 10km run last year.

It has also received £630 from the sales of cakes by Sarah Harward and colleagues from the National Construction College at Bircham Newton.

The charity was founded after Lisa’s death in October 2011 to raise awareness of brain tumours and money for research.
