Vehicles in Lynn suffered at the hands of thieves and vandals in a spate of incidents across the town.

A moped and a motorcycle were stolen, several car windows were smashed and wing mirrors damaged.

The moped was stolen overnight between May 21 and 22, while parked in Pandora. On May 25, at around 3.30am, two thieves removed a motorcycle from a back garden in Highfield.

Overnight on May 22, the front driver window of a vehicle parked in Yoxford Court was smashed using a piece of wood, with several items taken from within the vehicle.

In Thomas Street the following night another vehicle was broken into through a front window with more items stolen.

On May 24, about 1.15pm, the front passenger window of a vehicle parked in Gayton Road was smashed and a handbag was stolen.

Between 7pm on May 24 and 10am the following morning, a vehicle parked in Gaywood Road was left with a damaged wing mirror.
