A crowd of more than 700 headed out into the sunshine on Sunday for the Wereham Village Fair to help raise more than £1,000 for the campaign for a new village hall.
The whole community rallied round to help run stalls and provide entertainment from displaying vintage cars and tractors to taking part in the dog show.
Jacqueline Butcher, of the Friends of Wereham, said: “It was like a real big family event, with plenty for the kids to do and you could even bring the dog along.
“It was brilliant. A really good day for everyone and we had a really positive response. The weather was unbelievable and it was busy all day.”
