Youngsters left a school visit to the travel agents with passports and plane tickets.
Children from Class I at Harpley Primary School went along to the Thomas Cook store in Lynn’s High Street to learn more about travel as part of a project on Australia.
Staff at the store had written to the Australian Embassy for information packs. They also stamped passport templates and printed out plane tickets during the session today (Thursday, April 3).
Teacher Sarah Waterfield has thanked the store.
She said: “We were overwhelmed with their generosity as staff closed the shop for our visit. They had obviously spent a lot of time in preparing for our visit and the children came away with little koala bear and various bits and pieces.”
