A cheque for £590 has been presented to Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House by the Rotary Club of King’s Lynn.

Our picture shows marketing manager Rebekah Mills receiving the cheque from Michael Walker, who is the club’s immediate past president.

Each year the Rotary Club operates a 100 Club Draw and it is the prerogative of the president to donate the fund to charities of their choice – and Mr Walker chose to donate half of the money raised to the charity.

Tapping House, currently at Snettisham, is developing a new hospice on a new site near the A148 at Hillington which will provide a more central location within its service area, making it more easily accessible to patients, carers and volunteer supporters.
