Voters in several villages will go to the polls this week to elect a new representative on the West Norfolk Council.

A by-election will take place in the Airfield ward, which covers the villages of Marham, Runcton Holme, Shouldham, Shouldham Thorpe, Tottenhill, Upper Marham and Wormegay, on Thursday.

Four candidates have been nominated to stand for the seat as follows: Jonathan Burr (Green Party), Geoff Hipperson (Conservative), Sebastian Polhill (Labour) and Bob Scully (UKIP).

Polling stations will be open between 7am and 10pm at the Marham village hall, the Sandringham Centre in Upper Marham, the parish hall in Runcton Holme and the village halls in Shouldham and Tottenhill.
