A teenager remains in a serious condition in hospital after suffering serious head injuries after a moped crash.
The 16-year-old boy was injured after the moped he was riding hit a kerb in Lynn Road, Southery, shortly after 7.20am on Sunday.
He is being treated in Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, where he remains in a serious condition.
The road was closed for nearly three hours following the crash and was re-opened at 10.35am.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the crash or those who may have seen the moped prior to the incident.
