A new skills building could be constructed at the College of West Anglia if planners give the green light.

The college wants to put up a small building behind the technology block at its campus in Tennyson Road, Lynn.

A planning application was submitted to West Norfolk Council last week.

The college says the building would be used for carpentry and joinery students to complete assessment requirements for roofing trusses.

Last year the college completed a £13 million refurbishment of the tower block at the Lynn site.
