Cadets from 2534 (Fakenham) Squadron of the Air Training Corps held their annual ATC Sunday service at the parish church.
They were joined by family and friends as well as the regular congregation with cadets laying a drumhead altar, parading their banner and reading one of the lessons.
The squadron chaplain, Mrs Amanda Sands, took part in the service during which two new cadets were enrolled.
Squadron commanding officer, Flight Lieutenant Nick Potter, said ATC Sunday was very important as it marked the founding of the corps back in 1941. It had been held in the parish church for many years and the corps was very grateful to rector the Rev Adrian Bell for allowing this privilege.
Any young person over 13 years interested in joining the cadets is welcome to visit its headquarters in the grounds of Fakenham College on Monday or Wednesday evenings to see what activities are on offer.
