Traffic lights on a new road crossing in Gaywood will be switched on for the first time next week.
Norfolk County Council engineers say work on the crossing at the junction of Lynn Road and Queen Mary Road has been going well and the new lights will be in use for the first time next Monday, March 10.
The current temporary lights will remain in place until then.
However, lane closures will be in force next week so road marking can be laid and signal detector loops can be installed within the road surface.
The work is expected to be completed by the end of next week.
