Mental health charity West Norfolk MIND, hosted an activities open day for the public to try out a number of different activities.
It was held at the Lynn Arts Centre and gave those who attended the chance to take part in workshops in art, pottery, IT, photography and theoretical massage.
Visitors could also gather information and go on tours of the carpentry workshop, furniture warehouse and therapeutic allotment project.
Zena Penty, of MIND said: “There was a fantastic atmosphere and we were delighted with the number of new people who attended with an interest in using our services.
“We particularly wanted to promote our supported recovery packages which can be purchased to learn new skills at our carpentry workshop and therapeutic allotment project both based in Lynn.”
