A frightful bunch from Downham and Lynn looked spook-tacular when they donned their finest fancy dress and joined in some horrifying Halloween activities.
In Downham, there was plenty going on for both the little ones and the big kids to enjoy, from face-painting to Halloween cartoons, live music and dancing.
Dressed as witches, cats, skeletons and ghouls, children took part in a paint-and-make session, before having rides on the roundabout and playing games.
In the afternoon, there was a fancy dress parade around the town square, with a prize for the best dressed boy and girl.
In Denver village hall, there was live entertainment from The Tow Dollies, line dancing, ballroom and a disco.
Staff at Hardwick’s Sainsbury’s store joined in the celebrations by dressing up and holding games, including ten pin pumpkin bowling, to raise money for their charity of the year – Red Wellies.
New Beginnings group, for adults with disabilities, dressed up in their creepiest costumes and held their own celebrations at Evergreen Venture Park Day Centre in Wisbech St Mary.
