Ten people will be tackling three peaks in 12 hours to raise money for a Lynn charity.

Team Grumbles are taking on the 24.5 mile challenge to generate more than £2,000 for the One to One Project.

The charity, which is based in Nelson House, Bergen Way, provides support for people who are experiencing emotional, social distress or mental health difficulties.

The team will be taking on Penyghent, Ingleborough and Whernside, all of which are in Yorkshire, on Friday, May 9.

One of the people who will be completing the challenge is project manager Hannah Cooper.

She said: “We are doing lots of practice walks but it is difficult to find hills in Norfolk. We are doing long distance walks.

“We are looking forward to the walk and very determined to do it.”

This is the second year a team from the group has tackled the challenge, which will support charity’s services.
