Youngsters at SPEADA’s Young Carers group welcomed drumming collective The Indigenous People for special workshop where they learnt about African drumming and dance.

Youth worker Tracy Spearing said: “They came in and taught the young people drumming and dancing, we’d had other workshops for our Friday Club and thought it was time to do something with the Young Carers. They loved it, they absolutely loved it. It went so well that we would love to do some African cooking and we’d like to host more musical groups from different countries.”
