A West Norfolk couple who lost their daughter to a brain tumour have attended the prestigious London launch of a £20 million ground breaking research project.

Mervyn and Rosalie Wiles along with JoAnne Rust and Vivien Overland from Red Wellies, the Lisa Wiles Brain Tumour Support Fund, were among 150 guests at the Speakers House on Tuesday last week to support a new project into long term sustainable research into brain tumours.

Brain Tumour Research has set up three collaborative partnerships and a three research centres of excellence with the first being built at the University of Portsmouth. Mr and Mrs Wiles, of Middleton, were pleased to attend.
