Five members of the new board for the planned trust that is to run West Norfolk Council’s leisure and arts facilities have been appointed.
Abbie Panks, Dr Ian Mack, Sarah Juggins, Ian Trundley and Michael Andrews will join chairman Peter Lemon and council-nominated member Elizabeth Nockolds.
Mr Lemon said: “This was an extremely competitive interview process with many very capable candidates applying for these voluntary positions.
“We sought to pick a balanced board with a range of relevant skills. I think we have achieved that and I am very pleased with quality and enthusiasm of our new board members.”
Formal interviews for the board were held on December 12 and 13.
The new board will be responsible for the day-to-day running of such facilities as LynnSport and the Corn Exchange.
