Batting first, Hospital reached 167 for 8 with AMBiT Projects MoM Shinoj Philip scoring 42.
A 115-run third-wicket stand saw Fakenham close in on victory, but needing three to win off the last ball, they managed two for a share of the spoils.
Gary Hooker scored an unbeaten 110 as Downham B reached 230 for 4.
Steve Sexton then took 4 for 8 to help bowl Sandringham A out for 136.
Heacham dented Northwold’s promotion challenge in a low-scoring match.
Tom Williams took 5 for 19 to help bowl out Northwold for 109 before Ash Drohan took 4 for 48 in reply as Heacham got home with three wickets to spare.
Shane Fisher took 6 for 31 and Daniel Blackmur 4 for 49 as Hillington bowled out Hockwold for 132 in a seven-wicket win.
Heacham and Hillington are both on 244 points with Northwold 23 points behind.
James Banham followed up last week’s unbeaten century with 83 runs in Sandringham’s total of 126, but again ended up on the losing side in the Division One play-off against Snettisham.
Kieran Herbert took 4 for 46, before Tom Anderson scored an unbeaten 56 on the way to a seven-wicket victory.
Shaun Fisher scored 56 in Bircham’s total of 197, with IBA Insurance MoM Aaron Ransome taking 4 for 8, including a hat-trick for Terrington, who were dismissed for 91 in reply.
Snettisham have a 23 point lead over Bircham, who are the only team who can now catch them.
In the relegation battle, Perry Dawson scored 57 and Arun Nair 54 as Castle Rising reached 227 for 8.
Castle Acre ended on 151 for 9 to lose by 76 runs.
Thornham kept their promotion hopes alive with a 48-run victory over leaders Narborough A in Division Three, while Gooderstone beat Dersingham A by 6 wickets.
At the bottom end, Mundford A beat Beeston by three wickets with four balls to spare.
In Division Four, Gayton held their nerve to beat Holt by 19 runs in the battle of the top two.
Beetley bowled out Bircham A for 80 on their way to an eight-wicket win.
Dan Harper retired not out on 103 and James Harper scored 60 as Denver A declared on 189 for 2. James Peach took 5 for 4 as Castle Acre A were bowled out for 67.
