The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh were joined by former Formula One world champion, Sir Jackie Stewart, for the Sunday morning service at Sandringham church.

Lady Helen Stewart, wife of Sir Jackie Stewart, arrived in the car with the Queen, while her husband walked the short distance from Sandringham House with the Duke of Edinburgh.

They attended the Sunday morning church service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham before returning to Sandringham House where the Queen presented a King Edward VII student with the Royal Gold Award.

The Queen, dressed in a long turquoise coat and matching hat, again left the church without taking flowers from the waiting crowds.
