There was a good turnout of families, siblings and staff from the Little Discoverers charity for the GEAR and Mini GEAR run.

Belle Ringwood (number 79) raised more than £600 for Little Discoverers while her cousin Nell Davies (number 78) and friend from school Emma Alflatt (number 1176) also ran and raised nearly £100.

Belle wanted to fundraise for Little Discoverers to help other children and families like her brother Teddy Ringwood, 4, who has cerebral palsy and attended the group until he started primary school.

Little Discovers support the parents and children to feel less isolated and develop skills that will help them at home and later at school. In total, youngsters raised more than £1,000. The group’s chairman Katie Fisher is also pictured with the children.
