The Macmillan Centre at Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital has two new Christmas trees thanks to the support of Downham Home and Garden Centre and Country Grounds Maintenance.
Abbie Garrod, marketing executive at Country Grounds Maintenance, said: “We’ve done a lot of fundraising for both Macmillan and Cancer Research throughout the year. One of the nurses at Macmillan approached us to us if we’d be willing to donate two trees to make it look nicer on the approach to the building. We were more than happy to help and also provided lights for the trees too.”
