Man left with bleeding on his brain after attack in King’s Lynn takeaway

Witnesses are being urged to come forward in connection with an assault at a Lynn takeaway which left a man with bleeding on his brain.

Detectives say the incident happened in the Chilli Masters premises in Norfolk Street at around 1.30am on Saturday, May 10.

A Norfolk Police spokesman said the victim, a man in his 30s, was punched in the face by another, unknown, man.

The blow caused the victim to fall and hit his head.

He was subsequently taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he was found to have a bleed on his brain.
