An investigation has been launched after an elderly motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a car in a West Norfolk village on Friday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the B1112 in Feltwell at around 10.45am following the incident, which happened at the turning for the RAF Feltwell base.
Police said yesterday that the crash had involved a black Toyota Sienna and a bronze Honda 350 motorcycle.
A spokesman said the rider of the Honda, a man in his 70s who is from the local area, had been taken to the West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds with neck, back and knee injuries.
She added that the driver of the Toyota was not thought to have been injured.
Officers have appealed for anyone who saw the collision, or who has information about it, to come forward.
