Lynn News readers have helped reunite a family with some old treasured photographs after they were posted to the wrong address.
Pagen Cooke appealed for help in tracing Jason and Kelly Frost after the pictures arrived at her home in North Star Court, North Lynn, on Wednesday last week.
She was able to return to the photographs to Mr and Mrs Frost – who now live in South Lynn – on Tuesday after Mr Frost was told about the appeal while collecting his daughter from St Michael’s School.
The pictures had been sent to their former home by his grandmother, Doreen Frost, who lives in Hertfordshire.
Mrs Frost said: “It was really lovely of Miss Cooke to come forward to pass on the pictures.
“We were told about the article at school and when we got back we looked on the website.
“The pictures brought back a lot of memories and was really nice to see the pictures. We did laugh at the Michael Jackson sweatshirts.
“We’ve put them in a file with the letter and clipping.”
The photographs we featured included Mr Frost and his younger brother Adam together with a picture of Mr Frost and his grandmother.
Miss Cooke was pleased to return the pictures to the Frost family.
She said: “It would have been wrong for me to keep them. It’s nice to give them back.”
