Oxburgh Hall and tearooms have been closed today after an oil spillage.
The National Trust has closed the house after a small spillage at the entrance of the moat earlier today (Tuesday, March 29).
Staff are currently cleaning up the mess and have taken a precaution to close the house to prevent oil being walked through the house.
A spokesman said: “We’ll either be fully back open later this afternoon, if not definitely tomorrow.”
The gardens, estate and pantry remain open.
