Police appeal over North Wootton home raids

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward as investigations into three burglaries in North Wootton continue.

Nothing was stolen from a home in The Birches, which was broken into sometime between Wednesday March 4 and Friday March 20.

A second home in The Birches was raided between March 18 and March 20.

Officers are still trying to establish if anything was taken there.

And, in a third incident, suspects forced entry into an address in Woodland Gardens sometime between 8am on March 19 and 8.30am on March 20.A safe was stolen.

Det Con Sam Harris, of Lynn CID, said: “We are linking the three burglaries and are appealing for anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in those areas between the times stated to contact us.

“I would also urge anyone who does see any suspicious activity in their neighbourhood to call police on 101 immediately or call 999 if you believe a crime is in progress.”
