Residents at Oakes Court in Downham welcomed more than 100 people to their summer fete at the weekend.
Visitors of all ages enjoyed looking around the variety of stalls which sold cakes, bric-a-brac and more. There were also a number of games.
Youngsters had fun on the bouncy castle along with petting a pony, guinea pigs, ferret and rabbits.
The event raised £650 for the residents comfort fund and there are hopes to hold another event in December.
