Parents and governors joined pupils for a special reading session at the Sporle Primary School on Thursday, to mark World Book Day.
The school is a member of the Nar Valley Federation and events were held at all three schools, Sporle, Narborough and Castle Acre, to mark the occasion.
Pupils were each asked to make a 50p donation, which will go towards new books at each of the schools’ libraries. Officials say the children will have a say in the books purchased with the funds raised. Picture submitted
