A recruitment day for a course which could change the lives of youngsters is being held later this month.

The Prince’s Trust has re-launched its team programme in Lynn, which aims to give 16 to 25-year-olds, who are not in education, work or training, the confidence to reach their potential.

The next recruitment session will be held at the North Lynn Fire Station, Kilhams way, on Wednesday, January 20.

The 15 participants will not only gain recognised qualifications but also fundraise and complete a community project.

A residential trip to Essex along with helping at schools and care home in the area are planned.

Team leader Kerry Rutherford and her assistant Jim Tait will be running activities during the taster day.
