Animal handling and mechanics were some of the future ideas for a career given to Downham youngsters last week.

Staff at the Nelson Academy organised a futures fair on Friday last week to help outline some of the jobs out there.

Among the exciting exhibits was a chance to hold a corn snake to highlight opportunities to work with animals and courses run by the College of West Anglia.

Students brought along the 2002 Mini Cooper, which they had worked hard to prepare.
