Maintenance work is likely to cause traffic disruption at Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital later this month, officials said yesterday.
Work, which is intended to improve the layout of the 20 minute drop-off area at the Gayton Road site, is due to take place on March 30 and 31.
Visitors to the hospital are being asked to use the main car park, as the drop-off spaces will be closed during the works.
Access to the accident and emergency department will be maintained for ambulances. Road marshals will also be present to help maintain traffic flows.
The hospital said: “We apologise for any inconvenience while this vital work is undertaken.”
